A PERSONAL NOTE ABOUT SPECIAL NEEDS AND DISABILITY MATTERS
David is the proud father of a multiply-handicapped son who was born with a rare genetic disorder and has cerebral palsy-like symptoms. David and his wife have dedicated their lives to advocating for their son in order to secure him the assistance he needs and benefits to which he is entitled in order to enable him to maximize his potential. From his first hand experience dealing with and, where necessary, fighting the system, David is acutely aware of the legal challenges individuals with disabilities and their family members face on a regular basis as they confront vital issues, such as health insurance coverage, special education and residential placement. He is committed to helping those with special needs and welcomes the opportunity to use the skills he has acquired both as a parent and as a litigator to assist members of the special needs and disability community.
