ATTORNEY PROFILE
David graduated from Yale University cum laude with distinction in American history, and earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Following law school, David served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan B. Handler, Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Upon completion of his judicial clerkship, David began his law firm practice at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in New York City. He subsequently worked at a number of prominent New Jersey firms, including Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, Wolff & Samson and Carella Byrne. David’s litigation experience is extensive and broad based. His firm offers services in a wide range of subject areas where he has previously achieved favorable outcomes for his clients.
